Minor flooding is forecast. At 11:15 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 11.3 feet. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.4 feet this afternoon. Flood stage is 12.0 feet. At 13.0 feet, flooding occurs along Lower Valley Pike between Old Mill Road and State Route 369, Spengler Road is flooded, and the I-70 Westbound exit to Medway at route 675 is closed.
