A Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) Memphis TN. It is effective from 8:48 PM CDT on April 29, 2026, until 9:00 AM CDT on April 30, 2026.

Minor flooding is occurring and forecast for the Little Tallahatchie Canal at Etta. The river stage is at 25.1 feet and expected to crest at 25.2 feet, with flood stage at 25.0 feet. Impacts include extensive cropland flooding between State Highway 30 and County Road 46, and water beginning to cover the unpaved portion of Union County Road 47 near Mud Creek.
