The warning affects Kent County, as well as Ottawa County, Ionia County, Ingham County, Clinton County, Barry County, Newaygo County, Isabella County, Kalamazoo County, Gratiot County, Mason County, Muskegon County, and Osceola County in Michigan. Specific areas include the Grand River at Grand Rapids, Ada, Lowell, Robinson Township, Ionia, Lansing, Comstock Park, East Lansing, Maple Rapids, Above Hastings, Bridgeton, Newaygo, below Mt.
