The warning affects portions of central, east central, and northeast Kansas, including the following counties: Dickinson, KS; Geary, KS; Morris, KS; Pottawatomie, KS; Riley, KS; and Wabaunsee, KS. Specific locations include Junction City, Wamego, Alma, St. Marys, Grandview Plaza, St. George, White City, Alta Vista, Dwight, McFarland, Paxico, Belvue, Emmett, Louisville, Woodbine, Parkerville, Latimer, and Volland. This also includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 305 and 335.
