Affected Areas
The warning covers Johnson County, Indiana, specifically Youngs Creek at Amity. Impacts include Johnson County Roads 350 S and 400 S west of US 31, CR 200 N at CR 75 W northwest of Franklin, and CR 250 S west of US 31. Flooding of city of Franklin parks is also noted.
