Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. At 8:45 AM CDT the stage was 16.2 feet. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon. Flood stage is 14.0 feet. At 18.0 feet, seepage problems begin in the Lost Creek Drainage and Levee District.
