A Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Fort Worth TX. The alert is effective from May 10 at 11:16 PM CDT and remains in effect until May 11 at 9:49 PM CDT.

At 10:45 PM CDT Sunday the river stage was 15.2 feet. Bankfull stage and flood stage are both 14.0 feet. Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast, with moderate out of bank flooding expected at 17.0 feet. A few rural roads closures will be needed along the river reach.

Timeline

The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. The warning expires May 11 at 5:30 PM CDT.
