Minor flooding is forecast. At 10:15 AM CDT the stage was 26.7 feet. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 28.5 feet tomorrow evening. Flood stage is 28.0 feet. At 28.0 feet, low-lying agricultural land near the river begins to flood.
