A Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in New Orleans LA for the Wolf River Above Gulfport. The alert was sent at 3:58 AM CDT on May 13, 2026, and is effective from early this morning.

Expected Conditions
Minor flooding is occurring. At 3:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.1 feet. Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet and flood stage is 8.0 feet. The river will oscillate around flood stage with a maximum value of 7.8 feet this morning. At 8.0 feet, Bells Ferry Road will begin to flood with water over the access road just upstream of the bridge, making the road impassable very quickly.
