Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams and low-lying areas is imminent or occurring. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen with an additional 1 to 1.5 inches possible. Locations impacted include Greensburg, Monroe, Thurlow, Grab, Webbs, Donansburg, Bluff Boom, Gresham, Whitewood and Roachville.
