Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. At 5:40 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
