Minor flooding is forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage of 19.0 feet to a crest of 19.5 feet just after midnight tonight. At 1:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 7.2 feet. At 19.0 feet, water begins to spread into agricultural lands along the river.
