Fountain County, Parke County, Vermillion County and Warren County in west central Indiana. Specific locations include Clinton, Covington, Rockville, Veedersburg, Williamsport, Newport, Attica, Fairview Park, Cayuga, Montezuma, Rosedale, West Lebanon, Dana, Hillsboro, Kingman, Perrysville, Universal, Bloomingdale, Mecca and Marshall.
