Flood Warning issued by NWS Indianapolis IN. Effective from June 16 at 6:22 PM EDT until June 16 at 9:30 PM EDT.
Affected Areas
Southern Fountain County and northwestern Vermillion County in west central Indiana. Locations that will experience flooding include Covington, Veedersburg, Cayuga, Hillsboro, Kingman, Perrysville, Wallace, Yeddo, Lodi and Gessie.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. At 6:22 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch possible. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
