Minor flooding is forecast. At 4:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 20.7 feet. The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 32.5 feet early Wednesday afternoon. Flood stage is 30.0 feet. At 33.0 feet, Kelly's Lake Lane, 1160N, is inundated.
