A Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN. The alert is effective from this afternoon on May 10, 2026, through Tuesday morning on May 12, 2026.

Expected Conditions

Minor flooding is forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage (12.0 feet) this afternoon to a crest of 13.0 feet just after midnight tonight, then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening. At 13.5 feet, lowland flooding continues and County Road 700 E begins to flood. At 2:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 11.2 feet.
