Affected Areas
The warning covers portions of central and north central Kansas, including Dickinson County and Ottawa County. Specific locations that will experience flooding include Abilene, Herington, Minneapolis, Chapman, Solomon, Enterprise, Bennington, Hope, Delphos, Tescott, Woodbine, Culver, Wells, Manchester, Carlton, Niles, Talmage, Moonlight, and Ada. This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 267 and 289.
