The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 9.8 feet this morning before falling below flood stage this afternoon. Flood stage is 9.0 feet. At 9.0 feet, Swanson Blvd is closed from Harbach Blvd west to NW 94th St and the intersection of 93rd St and Lincoln St is closed due to storm sewer backup.
