What You Should Do

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.

Expected Conditions

Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. At 7:00 AM CDT the stage was 20.2 feet. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.2 feet this evening. At 23.5 feet, expect extensive cropland and field flooding along the creek. Flood stage is 19.0 feet.

The warning is in effect from this morning through early Tuesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
