Affected Areas
Clay County, Monroe County, Morgan County, Owen County, Putnam County, and Vigo County in central and west central Indiana. Specific areas include Southern Morgan County, Northwestern Monroe County, Southwestern Putnam County, and locations such as Terre Haute, Martinsville, Brazil, Spencer, Ellettsville, West Terre Haute, Prairieton, Seelyville, Knightsville, Clay City, Gosport, Paragon, Harmony, Staunton, Center Point, Riley, Stinesville, Bowling Green, Patricksburg and Cagles Mill Lake.

Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. At 12:29 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with flooding already occurring. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch possible. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
