The warning covers Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, and Preble counties in west central Ohio. Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch possible. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Various roads across the county are closed due to high water.
