Minor flooding is forecast. At 9:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 19.0 feet. The river is expected to rise above flood stage of 20.0 feet, with a crest of 21.6 feet early Thursday morning. At 22.0 feet, flooding of lowlands continues and some roads in low lying areas become cut off by high water.
