A Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Topeka KS. The alert is effective from June 8 at 11:51PM CDT and remains in effect until June 10 at 7:53PM CDT.

Expected Conditions
Minor flooding is forecast. At 10:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 5.9 feet. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 21.2 feet tomorrow evening. Flood stage is 19.0 feet. At 19.0 feet, lowland flooding occurs from near the town of Industry upstream from Chapman to the Smoky Hill River downstream from Chapman.
