Affected Areas
Northeastern Bartholomew County, Northern Decatur County, Southern Rush County, and Eastern Shelby County in central Indiana. Specific locations include Greensburg, Rushville, Adams, Milford, St. Paul, Milroy, Moscow, Sandusky, Manilla, Clarksburg, New Salem, Burney, and Arlington.

Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring, with many areas of slow moving or standing water.
