Specific locations include Essex Junction, Burlington International Airport, South Burlington, Burlington, Middlebury, Richmond, Jericho, Bolton, Huntington, Jericho Village, Williston, Underhill, Essex, Hinesburg, Duxbury, St. George, Underhill State Park, Essex Junction Village, Starksboro and Buels Gore.

Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. At 1:24 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain with flooding ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches possible.
