Flood Warning issued by NWS Tulsa OK. Effective from 8:43 PM CDT August 7, 2026 until 11:30 PM CDT August 7, 2026. Replaces previous Flash Flood Warning.
Affected Areas
Southeastern Carroll County and northeastern Madison County in northwestern Arkansas. Specific locations threatened include Rudd, Marble, Rule, Metalton, Cabanal, and Connor.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Between 3 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
