The warning covers Butler, Sedgwick and Sumner counties in Kansas. Locations that will experience flooding include Wichita, Derby, Andover, Haysville, Park City, Valley Center, Bel Aire, Mulvane, Goddard, Rose Hill, Maize, Clearwater, Colwich, Downtown Wichita, Kechi, Eastborough, South Wichita, Mcconnell Air Force Base, East Wichita and Eisenhower National Airport.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
