A Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Jackson MS. The alert is effective from June 21 at 8:12AM CDT and remains in effect until June 25 at 5:49AM CDT.

Minor flooding is forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 31.0 feet Tuesday morning. Flood stage is 28.0 feet. At 32.0 feet, several access roads along and near the river are under water. At 6:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.3 feet.
