Expected Conditions
Minor flooding is forecast. At 35.0 feet, minor lowland flooding inundates crop and pastureland below San Antonio to below Floresville. At 39.0 feet, moderate lowland flooding damages crops and floods pastureland, with secondary roads, low bridges, irrigation pumps, oil field equipment, and livestock in low areas affected.

The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon, cresting at 38.4 feet just after midnight tonight before falling below flood stage early Wednesday morning. Flood stage is 35.0 feet. The current stage at 9:30 AM CDT Monday was 10.9 feet.
