Western Athens County, northeastern Jackson County and Vinton County in southeastern Ohio. Specific locations include Mcarthur, Lake Hope State Park, Zaleski, Creola, Allensville and Eagle Mills.

Expected Conditions

Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Between 3 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
