A Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service Wichita KS. The alert is effective from May 30, 2026 at 4:23 PM CDT until May 30, 2026 at 8:30 PM CDT.
Affected Areas
The warning covers Allen, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson counties in southeast Kansas. Specific locations that will experience flooding include Chanute, Fredonia, Humboldt, Erie, St. Paul, Altoona, Buffalo, Savonburg, Elsmore, Benedict, Stark, New Albany, Earlton, Coyville, Chanute Airport, Petrolia, Iola Airport, Rose and Toronto Lake.
