The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a Flood Warning. This alert is effective immediately and was sent on April 17, 2026, at 10:02 PM CDT.

Minor flooding is forecast. The river stage was 13.9 feet at 6:00 PM CDT Friday, with flood stage at 15.0 feet. The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Sunday morning. At 16.6 feet, Front Street leading to the campground and Corps park campgrounds will flood.
