Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. At 14.0 feet, secondary roads are blocked and roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.

Moderate flooding is forecast. At 9:45 AM EDT the stage was 10.9 feet. The river is expected to rise above flood stage (11.0 feet) this afternoon.

The river is expected to continue rising to a crest of 14.4 feet early Friday morning. The warning remains in effect until further notice.
