Affected Areas
Central Roosevelt County in east central New Mexico and central Chaves County in southeastern New Mexico, including Roswell, Portales, Dexter, Hagerman, Dora, Elkins, Bottomless Lakes State Park, Bitter Lake Wildlife Refuge, Pep and Arch.
