Northern Jackson County in southeastern Ohio, Northwestern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio, and Northern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio. Specific locations include Wellston, Mcarthur, Hamden, Allensville, Byer, and Eagle Mills.

What You Should Do

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free 800-401-9535 when you can do so safely.

Expected Conditions

Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches possible. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
