Minor flooding is forecast. At 8:30 PM EDT Friday the stage was 7.8 feet. The river is expected to rise above flood stage of 12.0 feet early Monday morning and continue rising to 12.3 feet Monday evening. At 12.0 feet, the access road to Hidden Oak is impassable.
