Flood Warning issued by NWS Charleston WV. Effective from September 10 at 11:55 PM EDT until September 11 at 5:00 AM EDT.
Affected Areas
Northeastern Gallia County, Central Jackson County, West Central Meigs County, and Southern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio. Specific locations include Jackson, Vinton, Salem Center, and Petersburg.
