Northeastern Gallia County, Central Jackson County, West Central Meigs County, and Southern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio. Specific locations include Jackson, Vinton, Salem Center, and Petersburg.

What You Should Do

Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell earlier, with up to 0.75 inches possible overnight.
