Affected Areas
Delaware County, southern Madison County, and Randolph County in Indiana. Locations include Muncie, Anderson, Alexandria, Winchester, Yorktown, Pendleton, Chesterfield, Ingalls, Edgewood, Daleville, Parker City, Farmland, Lynn, Selma, Markleville, Losantville, Modoc, Country Club Heights, Woodlawn Heights, and River Forest.

Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches possible. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
