Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. At 27.0 feet, flooding of farmland and lowlands. Cattle should be moved to higher ground.

Minor flooding is forecast. The river will rise above flood stage Monday evening to 27.3 feet Tuesday morning. Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
