Clay County (southwestern), Greene County (southwestern Indiana), Sullivan County (eastern), and Vigo County (southern) in Indiana. Specific locations include Terre Haute, Linton, Sullivan, Bloomfield, Jasonville, Worthington, Shelburn, Prairieton, Prairie Creek, Farmersburg, Dugger, Clay City, Hymera, Lyons, Sandborn, Switz City, Riley, Newberry, Vicksburg and Coalmont.

Expected Conditions
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch possible. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
