Adams County, Huntington County, Jay County and Wells County in northeastern Indiana, including Northeastern Jay County. Specific locations include Huntington, Bluffton, Decatur, Berne, Geneva, Andrews, Markle, Monroe, Warren, Lancaster, Preble, Nottingham, Uniondale, Bryant, Poneto, Mount Etna, Vera Cruz, Travisville, North Oaks and Wellsburg.

Expected Conditions
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches possible.
