Western Denton County in north central Texas. Locations include Denton, Flower Mound, Trophy Club, Sanger, Roanoke, Krum, Argyle, Justin, Northlake, Bartonville, Corral City, Ray Roberts Park Johnson Branch, Ray Roberts Park Isle Du Bois, Ponder, Westlake and Dish.

Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Hazard: Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. Impact: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
