Affected Areas
Western Cochise County in southeastern Arizona. Specific locations include Sierra Vista, Benson, Willcox, Whetstone, Huachuca City, St. David, Tombstone, Dragoon, Pearce-Sunsites, Kartchner Caverns State Park, Fort Huachuca, Cochise, Texas Canyon, Fairbank, Charleston, Kansas Settlement, Muleshoe Ranch Preserve and Cascabel. Affected highways include Route 90 (mile markers 290-336), Route 80 (293-333), Route 191 (43-66), Route 92 (322-323), Interstate 10 (299-344), Route 82 (50-67), and Route 186 (327-335).

Expected Conditions
Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Additional rainfall will mainly be less than 0.25 inches. Washes were running high with flooding impacts continuing into the late evening.
