Northern Tazewell County in southwestern Virginia; Northwestern Mercer County in southeastern West Virginia; West Central Summers County in southeastern West Virginia. Specific locations include Hinton, Matoaka, Camp Creek, Pocahontas, Bramwell, Camp Creek State Park, and Flat Top. Streams and drainages: Camp Creek, Glade Branch, Crane Creek, Little Bluestone River, Jumping Branch, Laurel Fork, Flipping Creek, Big Branch, Bluestone River, and Clark Branch.
