Affected Areas
Northwestern St. Charles Parish and central St. John the Baptist Parish in southeastern Louisiana. Specific locations include Laplace, Reserve, Hahnville, Killona, Montz, Edgard, Taft, Norco, Garyville, New Sarpy, Wallace and Destrehan. Interstate 10 between mile markers 203 and 210.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
