A Flash Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh PA. The alert is effective from August 2 at 4:55 PM EDT until August 2 at 8:00 PM EDT.
Affected Areas
The warning covers southwestern Fayette County in southwestern Pennsylvania, eastern Greene County in southwestern Pennsylvania, central Marion County in northern West Virginia, and north central Monongalia County in northern West Virginia. Specific locations that will experience flash flooding include Morgantown, Fairmont, Waynesburg, Westover, Star City, Masontown, Pleasant Valley, Winfield, Fairdale, Jefferson Boro, Barrackville, Point Marion, Monongah, Granville, Fairview, Cassville, Isabella, Rogersville and Rivesville.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
