Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Dodge City KS. Effective from June 12 at 9:25 PM CDT until June 13 at 12:30 AM CDT.
Affected Areas
Southwestern Morton County in southwestern Kansas, including Elkhart, Richfield and Wilburton.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
