The warning covers Southern Harrison County, Northwestern Mills County, Pottawattamie County, and Southern Shelby County in southwestern Iowa, as well as Southeastern Dodge County, Douglas County, Sarpy County, Eastern Saunders County, and Southeastern Washington County in east central Nebraska.
