Southwestern Imperial County in southeastern California, including Calexico and Heber. Specific highways include CA Route 98 between mile markers 27 and 32, CA Interstate 8 between mile markers 40 and 48, CA Route 111 between mile markers 1 and 9, and CA Route 86 between mile markers 1 and 3. Streams and drainages include New River, Ash Fifteen Drain, Alamo River, and South Alamo Canal.
