Southern Morgan County and northern Washington County in southeastern Ohio. Specific locations include Marietta, Beverly, Matamoras, Lowell, Stockport, Macksburg, Lower Salem, Devola, and New Matamoras. Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 4 and 17.
